The room was well decorated and brand-new. the hotel has a central location next to the historic center of Florence, making it easy to access bars, restaurants, the train station, main tourist attractions. - It is situated in a lovely quiet area.

Fairly clean and pleasant place, has lovely views over the park. The rooms are large and the continental breakfast offered has a good choice of dishes. The location is central, in front of historic sites and a cathedral. The place where you can eat approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel is Trattoria Mario.

The room was reasonably sized and soundproof with a mini-bar and a telephone.

Everything was excellent, including extremely friendly staff and fantastic location in very center of Florence. Units with an extra bed: )

Our room was a king room and it looked like it was just built - the bed was really comfortable. the location was super central, which made it easy to get to all the main attractions without any hassle. the breakfast had plenty of eggs and cheese - really delicious! 🍳

I appreciated that they honored my request for a quiet room and for space. Breakfast was great with ham/salami and cheese, hard-boiled eggs, along with croissants, cereals, yogurt, etc.

The rooms here are nicely styled, soundproof, with spacious bathrooms including a bidet and bath, and the staff members are friendly, all located near a beautiful park.

smelly room with a small window to a somewhat noisy street, signs of mold in the bathroom, staff not polite with us and for a moment we thought this was typical in Florence which attracts millions of tourists
